A rare harcover copy
of James Spada's 1981 book 'Streisand: the woman and the legend.' Only 5000
copies were printed, as opposed to 100,000 softcover copies. The book
measures 8 1/2 x 11, contains 250 pages and over 200 rare and gorgeous
b&w photographs by such photographers as Steve Schapiro, Greg Gorman, Cecil
Beaton, David Bailey, Milton Green, Herb Ritts, and Bob Willoughby. There is
also a full biographical text based on interviews with Robert Redford, Vincente
Minnelli, Sydney Pollack, Buck Henry, Richard Perry, Irvin Kershner, and
many more of Barbra's co-workers. |
