Recorded in France for Angel records in 1964. Box set contains three
stereo records and three booklets. The largest 11"x 11" describes
how Callas came to record Carmen with many photos including
rehearsal recording photos. The other two smaller 11"x 5 3/4"
booklets are the story of Carmen with brief biography of Prosper
Merimee the author and the other the opera of Carmen with brief
biography of Georges Bizet. |
