original Piccagliani photograph of the great Maria Callas as Violetta. It's
a matte finish photo of the very highest quality, stamped by the
photographer on the verso who has also made several notations in pencil
including the number 2. This came from the private files of the great
photographer E. Piccagliani of the La Scala Opera house of Milan, perhaps
the most famous opera house in the world, and is easily one of the very
finest Callas photos we have ever seen. |
